Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Free includes on-device storage for photos, voice and files, keyword search and a monthly allowance of AI questions, with ads. Current limits are shown under Pricing. Upgrade only if you want cloud backup, sync, semantic search, more AI and no ads.
Where are my photos and voice notes kept on Free?
On your phone only — never uploaded to our servers. That keeps them private, but if you lose your phone or uninstall the app they can’t be recovered. Pro adds encrypted cloud backup and sync.
What changes when I upgrade to Pro?
Media already on your phone is backed up automatically, your devices sync, ads disappear, and AI organises your recent memories too.
Does the AI read all my data?
No. AI runs only on what you ask about (and, on Pro, to tag and summarise memories). Identity numbers such as Aadhaar and PAN are masked first. Your content is never used for advertising.
Which languages does it understand?
Hindi and 12 other languages, including English, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Odia and Urdu. The voice button understands everyday Hinglish.
Why might Windows or macOS warn me when installing?

How do I cancel, or delete my account?
Cancel Pro any time from Google Play, the App Store or Me → Plan. Delete your account from Me → Delete account, or read our account deletion page.
