These Terms are an agreement between you and Riloya, India ("Riloya", "we", "us") for the Riloya apps, browser extension and website (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Who can use Riloya
You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
2. Your content
- What you save ("Your Content") stays yours.
- You give us a limited licence to store, process and display Your Content only to provide the Service to you, including sending it to AI processors when you use AI features, as described in the Privacy Policy. The licence ends when Your Content or your account is permanently deleted (backups expire within 35 days after that).
- You must have the right to save Your Content and must not save unlawful content.
- If you share a memory by link, anyone with the link can see it until you revoke it.
3. Free and Pro plans
- Free: on-device storage for photos, voice notes and files; keyword search; a limited number of AI questions per month; ads served by Google AdMob. Media saved on the free plan is stored only on your device. We cannot recover it if your device is lost, reset or the app is uninstalled.
- Pro (₹299/month or ₹1,499/year, incl. GST unless stated): cloud backup and sync across devices, semantic search, more AI, and no ads. Fair-use limits apply and are shown in the app.
- We may change plan features or prices with notice. Price changes apply from your next billing period.
4. AI features
AI answers, summaries and tags can be incomplete or wrong. Check anything important — especially amounts, dates, and legal, medical or financial information. Riloya is not professional advice.
5. Payments, renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Store purchases are billed by Google Play or the App Store under their terms; web purchases by our payment partners. You can cancel any time and keep Pro until the end of the paid period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Refer & Earn
Rewards follow the rules shown in the app and may be changed or ended. We may withhold or reverse rewards obtained through abuse.
7. Availability and changes
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may maintain, change or discontinue features. We will ask you to accept materially changed Terms in the app.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time (see Account deletion). We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, with notice where reasonable.
9. Intermediary status and grievances
To the extent Riloya hosts content you share, we act as an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. Complaints about content can be sent to our Grievance Officer (see Contact).
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data you did not keep elsewhere (including free-plan media stored only on your device). Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ₹[AMOUNT] if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. 11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [CITY] have jurisdiction, subject to your right to bring a consumer complaint where you live.
