Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your Riloya account and all its data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Riloya and go to Me → Delete account.
2. Confirm. Your account is locked and signed out on every device at once.
3. It is permanently deleted after 30 days. Signing in within those 30 days cancels the deletion. You can still export your data during that time (Me → Export my data).

Without the app

Email riloyaofficial@gmail.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify that the request comes from you and confirm by email within [NUMBER] days. [OWNER: optionally add a web form here.]

What is deleted

• Your account, profile, memories, collections, reminders, AI-derived data (summaries, tags, vectors) and Pro cloud media.
• Connected Google Drive/Gmail tokens and metadata.
• Free-plan media on your phone is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage; we never had a copy.
• Backups expire within 35 days after permanent deletion.

What we keep

Records the law requires us to keep (payment and tax records, referral financial records, audit logs) for the period the law requires. Usage records are anonymised.

Deleting some data only

Delete individual memories in the app; they stay in Trash for 30 days unless you delete them permanently sooner. Disconnect Google Drive or Gmail in Settings.
