Riloya is a software service. We do not ship any physical goods.
1. How your plan is delivered
Paid plans are delivered digitally to your Riloya account. Access is activated automatically within a few minutes of a successful payment (usually instantly) on every device where you sign in with the same account: the website, Android, Mac, Windows and the Chrome extension.
2. If activation is delayed
If your plan is not active within 2 hours of payment, sign out and back in. If it is still not active, write to riloyaofficial@gmail.com with your registered email and payment reference and we will activate it or refund you under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
